Copyright & Image License

Prue Dennis of Oakrock Rural Photomedia holds and retains full copyright for all images created, captured, and produced by Oakrock Rural Photomedia. Prue Dennis reserves the exclusive right to use these images for various purposes, including, but not limited to, marketing materials, editorial submissions, display on the photographer's websites and social media platforms, media publication (both printed and digital), and print sales.

Individuals are prohibited from screenshotting, reproducing, distributing, transmitting, or manipulating photographs in any way without prior written consent from Oakrock Rural Photomedia. Any violation of these terms will constitute a breach of intellectual property and copyright laws, subject to the laws of the country in which the individual resides.

Oakrock Rural Photomedia grants customers who purchase images a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the purchased images for personal use only, as follows:

a. Customers may share web or high-resolution images on their personal social media accounts, provided that each post credits and/or attributes the work to Oakrock Rural Photomedia.

b. This license does not allow individuals, consumers, or third parties to screenshot low-quality images, edit or alter photos in any way (including removing watermarks), or engage in any act that would infringe on the moral rights of Oakrock Rural Photomedia or the client for whom the services were provided.

c. Customers may print web or high-resolution photos or request the printing of purchased images (at the customer's expense) for personal use. However, customers:

i. Must not sell, license, sublicense, transfer, or distribute digital or printed photos.

ii. Must not use digital or printed photos for advertising or commercial purposes without prior agreement with Prue Dennis of Oakrock Rural Photomedia.

Pricing

Prices for images, reproductions, and printing services are subject to change at any time without notice.

Placing an Order / Payment Methods

• Orders may be placed online, over the phone, or via email.

• Accepted payment methods include PayPal, credit/debit card, or direct deposit (by prior arrangement).

• Your order will not be processed until full payment is received for the services provided, including digital images, prints, framed prints, or printed canvas.

Refunds & Returns

• Oakrock Rural Photomedia adheres to Australian Consumer Law regarding refunds and returns.

• Due to the nature of the products, Oakrock Rural Photomedia does not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
